Ireland

Sunday 23rd – Friday 28th May 2027

From the Wicklow Mountains and Copper Coast to the Wild Atlantic Way and Connemara, this 5-night driving adventure showcases some of Ireland’s most spectacular scenery and memorable destinations. Over six days we’ll explore rugged coastlines, mountain passes, historic landmarks, lively towns and constantly changing landscapes, creating a journey that’s about far more than simply getting from one destination to the next.

Combining rewarding roads with dramatic scenery and welcoming destinations, this tour is ideal for those who enjoy discovering new places as much as the drive itself. Highlights include Healy Pass, the Ring of Kerry, Skellig Ring, Connor Pass and the Cliffs of Moher, together with a two-night stay in vibrant Killarney.

Backed by more than 15 years’ experience creating driving holidays, Rico Rally takes care of the planning, hotel arrangements and ferry crossings, allowing you to focus on enjoying the drive and making the most of the experience. Detailed route information, recommendations and useful local knowledge are provided in a souvenir event brochure to help you get the most from each day.

A Different Kind of Driving Holiday

Unlike many continental road trips that focus primarily on mountain passes and driving roads, Ireland rewards those who take their time. Expect frequent opportunities to stop for viewpoints, coastal scenery, historic landmarks and photographs throughout the route.

This tour is designed to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace, allowing plenty of time to explore the destinations as well as the roads themselves. If your preference is simply to get from A to B as quickly as possible, this may not be the right event for you.

Evenings can be spent relaxing at the hotel or exploring the local towns and cities, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy restaurants, pubs and local hospitality.
